Terms of Service
Last updated: August 11, 2026
This website (the “Site”) is operated by Dive In Custom Pools LLC. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What This Site Is
The Site shares information about our pool design, construction, renovation, and repair services, and lets you request a free consultation. It’s informational — it isn’t a store, and using it doesn’t create a contract between us.
Estimates, Renderings & No Binding Contract
Free consultations, estimates, and the 3D renderings we show you are provided for planning purposes and do not constitute a binding contract. Renderings are visual approximations — actual finished results can vary based on site conditions, permitting and code requirements, and material availability. No project begins until we’ve both signed a separate written agreement covering scope, pricing, and schedule.
Contractor Licensing
Dive In Custom Pools LLC holds the following Florida contractor licenses: Certified Pool/Spa Contractor (CPC1457375) and Certified Building Contractor (CBC058882). You can independently verify current license status at myfloridalicense.com. Nothing on the Site is legal, engineering, permitting, or code-compliance advice; any project-specific requirements are addressed in the written agreement referenced above.
Using the Site
When you submit the consultation form, please give us accurate, current contact information so we can respond. Please don’t use the Site or the form to submit false information, send spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or systematically extract content, or otherwise use the Site unlawfully. We may decline to respond to submissions we reasonably believe are abusive, fraudulent, or automated.
Intellectual Property
The Site’s text, graphics, logo, and photos and videos of our completed projects belong to Dive In Custom Pools LLC or our licensors. You’re welcome to browse the Site for your own personal use, but please don’t copy, redistribute, or reuse our content, branding, or project photography/video for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
Third-Party Services & Links
The Site uses Mapbox for address autocomplete on the consultation form and Resend to deliver notification and confirmation emails, and links to our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook profiles. Each operates under its own terms, and we aren’t responsible for the content or practices of those third-party services.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the consultation form and how we use it, and is part of these Terms.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it accurate, but we don’t guarantee it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully up to date. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site itself. None of this limits any warranty or remedy in a separate signed construction agreement for an actual project.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Volusia County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
