Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026

Dive In Custom Pools LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates diveincustompools.com(the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding it.

Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to give us through our consultation request form, including your name, email address, phone number, project location, project type, project details, preferred contact method and timing, and referral source.

When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, interactions with the Site, and approximate location. This information may be collected through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies.

Analytics and Advertising Technologies

We use Vercel Analytics to understand Site performance and usage. We also use the Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Ads tag to measure advertising performance, understand whether an advertisement led to a Site visit or consultation request, build or measure advertising audiences, and improve our campaigns. These providers may use cookies or similar identifiers and may connect Site activity with information they already hold, subject to their own privacy policies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. You may also manage ad personalization through Google Ad Settings, Meta Ad Preferences, and TikTok Ads settings. Blocking these technologies may limit some measurement or Site functions.

How We Use Your Information

We use submitted information to respond to your consultation request, follow up about your project, send confirmation messages, operate and secure the Site, measure Site and advertising performance, and improve our services and campaigns. We do not use submitted information for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

How We Share Your Information

We share information as needed with service providers that operate the Site and our marketing, including Resend, Vercel, Meta, TikTok, and Google. Resend delivers lead notifications and confirmation emails; the analytics and advertising providers process device, usage, and conversion information for the purposes described above.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and the security of our Site and business.

Data Retention

We don’t operate a database — consultation request data lives in the confirmation/notification emails themselves and in Resend’s transactional delivery logs. We retain it for as long as needed to respond to and complete your project, and for a reasonable period afterward for business and legal record-keeping. You can ask us to delete information tied to your request at any time by emailing us.

Data Security

The Site is served over HTTPS/TLS. We don’t process payments through the Site, and email delivery is handled under Resend’s own security practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your Rights

Wherever you’re located, you can contact us to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve submitted to us, or to ask how it’s been used. California and EEA/UK residents have specific statutory rights along these same lines (CCPA/CPRA and GDPR, respectively); we honor those rights the same way for everyone regardless of where you live.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision.
